President Navneet Gidda psua.president@gmail.com Navneet is a fourth year Political Science and Philosophy student. As the President, her main responsibilities include acting as a liaison between the department and political science students as well as supporting her Vice Presidents in their goals for the year. Outside of academics, Navneet works as a Constituency Assistant in Edmonton-Strathcona and is actively involved in student governance. In her spare time she enjoys writing for the Gateway, obsessively watching Scandal, and checking out the local music scene.

She is focussing on bringing new opportunities to the attention of poli sci undergraduates and strengthening communication between the department and student body. In her spare time, you can find Ranya making omelettes, dragging herself to the gym, reading political philosophy, or kicking back with her grandparents

The VP Finance portfolio manages the PSUA’s finances and has jurisdiction over the organization’s constitution. Outside of school, she works as a Research Analyst for the Students’ Union and sits on the U of A Senate. Victoria’s interests include attending live theatre, drinking cheap red wine, and spending time with her lazy, lovably stupid cat (@the.right.honourable.donut on Instagram).

She is busy working alongside a team of editors on the Political Science Undergraduate Review, a peer-review journal that provides undergraduate students with an opportunity to publish scholarly work.
